David Beckham has made his long-awaited AC Milan debut as the Serie A giant beat Hamburg 4-3 on penalties following a 1-1 friendly draw in Dubai.
The former England captain started the game in a Milan midfield that also featured Andrea Pirlo, Massimo Ambrosini and Ronaldinho before being substituted at half-time.

He could make his Serie A debut when Milan returns to domestic action away to Roma on Sunday evening.
Milan fans are not the only people anxious to see Beckham play in Serie A.
