Melbourne milestone man Brad Miller expects a fired-up St Kilda to greet the Demons when he notches 100 matches at Telstra Dome on Sunday.
The Saints have been battered in the press this week after a humiliating loss to Brisbane last Sunday left them 4-5 and outside the eight.
Miller, speaking at Junction Oval on Thursday, said posting a win in his landmark game would not be easy.
"They've kind of got their tails whipped a little bit in the media but we don't buy into that kind of stuff," Miller said of the Saints.
"They've got their own stuff to worry about, as do we. They've still won four games and we've only won one."
"Our focus is on getting our stuff right."
The 24-year-old forward, one of his side's more physical players, said Ross Lyon's men would provide a good test for the Demons.
"You'd expect them to be pumped up, that's for sure," Miller said.
"We thought we took a step in Round 3 against Geelong and then kind of went back to square one in Round 4 (against North Melbourne)."
"It's a big challenge for us to back up a good step against Hawthorn, one of the good teams. We've got to back that up that's for sure."
Miller, who registered a couple of handballs on debut against the Dockers in 2002, said the 100-game mark had crept up on him.
"Who would have thought? Not me that's for sure," Miller said.
"To be honest it's one of those things that just pops up. I didn't even know I was that close until two weeks ago when Mum was ringing me asking if she needed to organise flights."
"I'm really proud, my family are proud and I am stoked."
The hard-working Miller has missed just one game this year and looks back to somewhere near the form that made him one of the game's rising stars in 2004.
The recent retirement of David Neitz has left a hole in attack Miller hopes to fill.
"With Neita gone I just need to consolidate a few good games in the forward line and be that strong target up forward I think," he said.
"It's good when Jared (Rivers) came back and could settle into centre half back I could go forward."
"I feel more comfortable playing forward and it's a focus in the immediate future to consolidate my spot in the forward line."
