Options aplenty for Bucks

Several doors remain open for Nathan Buckley, but the former Collingwood champion is yet to nominate which one he intends to pass through into 2010.
Buckley has confirmed he'll be meeting with Richmond next week to discuss their senior coaching vacancy and told 3AW on Saturday that he'd made no decision on whether to take up North Melbourne's offer of a long-term senior coaching appointment.
Asked whether his meeting with the Tigers could jeopardise his options at North who have reportedly requested a decision by next Wednesday, Buckley said: "I hope not - North knows where I stand".
Buckley said that if a senior job should fail to eventuate, an assistant coaching role or working in the media are viable options for 2010, but the timetable for the new Gold Coast club has made the pursuit of a job there more problematic.
"That's another 12 months away and there's probably a few decisions that need to be made before that becomes an option," Buckley said.
Buckley, who met with Collingwood coach Mick Malthouse during the week, said he would have no problem working as an assistant under Malthouse, an arrangement the club has been working hard behind the scenes to engineer.
"I've been interested with the discussion about our supposed frosty relationship and it's never been as bad as people suggest," he said.
"I was his captain for eight years."
