Taxing time for Stynes

The side-effects of radiotherapy treatment for his brain tumours are proving taxing for former Demons champion Jim Stynes.
The 43-year-old is preparing to start the second week of a three-week course of 11 radiotherapy sessions and, according to his latest instalments on the social networking site, twitter, it's been hard going.
"Side effects not much fun, hate not being myself. Family have been awesome, great day at beach. Serious week of radiation ahead, learning heaps," said Stynes.
The most annoying side-effect of his treatment, he revealed, had everything to do with his mobility but nothing to do with his health.
"No driving allowed for weeks, bloody frustrating," he said.
Stynes, who has twice undergone surgery to remove cancerous tissue since standing down as Melbourne chairman in July, was diagnosed two weeks ago with three tumours on the brain.
Stynes told his followers on twitter that he was looking forward to catching up with as many Demons supporters as possible at the club's best-and-fairest on 21 October at Crown Palladium.
