Hawks rout Nets

Guard-forward Maurice Evans racked up 22 points and nine rebounds as Atlanta Hawks moved level with NBA South-East Division leaders Orlando Magic courtesy of a 130-107 win over the New Jersey Nets.

Guard Joe Johnson added 21 points and five other Hawks reached double figures as the Nets suffered their 22nd defeat of a dismal season.

Cleveland Cavaliers stretched their Central Division lead with a 102-89 win over Oklahoma City Thunder.

LeBron James scored an incredible 44 points, with Mo Williams (22) the only other Cavalier in double figures.

Tim Duncan top-scored with 21 as a strong team display saw San Antonio Spurs rout Los Angeles Clippers 115-90 to go second in the South-West ahead of Houston.

The Rockets were beaten 101-88 by Toronto Raptors as Chris Bosh poured in 27 points and Hedo Turkoglu added 23.

Rudy Gay's 41 points and a double-double of 16 points and 15 rebounds from Marc Gasol helped Memphis Grizzlies to a 118-90 win over Miami Heat.
