The All*Star Twenty20 match will once again kick start Australia's massive summer of cricket, with the All*Stars team taking on the Australian XI at the Gabba on November 22.
Adam Gilchrist is the latest addition to the All*Star squad, which already boast the likes of McGrath, Hayden and Warne, who will lead the side into battle.
Gilchrist captained the All*Stars to a 64 run victory over Australia in last year's inaugural match, and said he can't wait to play with some of his former team mates back on Australian soil.
"Playing in the All*Stars game last year was a blast and I have no doubt this year's match will be even more entertaining with the Gabba packed to the rafters," Gilchrist said.
"The highlight of my playing career was keeping to Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath, so keeping to them again is an opportunity too good to pass up."
Gilchrist is still in fine form at Twenty20 level, following April's IPL tournament where he led the Deccan Chargers to their first title and was named player of the series.
