Rob Forsaith at the Gabba
South Australia captain Graham Manou has won the toss and elected to bat in his side's Ford Ranger Cup clash against Queensland at the Gabba on Wednesday.
After being overlooked for the Redbacks' opening one-day fixture of the season, Michael Klinger has returned to the side and will open the batting alongside Daniel Harris.
James Smith has been relegated to 12th man duties, while Wade Townsend will carry the drinks for the hosts.
Scott Walter will make his one-day debut for the Bulls after snaring six wickets in last week's Sheffield Shield match against Western Australia.
The Bulls are without Grant Sullivan (hamstring), Ben Laughlin (stomach muscle), Chris Swan (groin) and Ryan Harris (knee).
As such, Walter will be joined by 18-year-old Alister McDermott, 22-year-old Ben Cutting and 26-year-old Nathan Rimmington in what is a relatively inexperienced pace attack.
Both sides will be looking for their first one-day win for the summer.
The Bulls went down narrowly to the Warriors in the season-opener, while the Redbacks were beaten on Sunday by Tasmania in Adelaide.
