Conzeal has secured a remarkable victory in the Great Eastern Steeplechase at Oakbank on Easter Monday.
The 10-year-old galloper stormed home to win the arduous three-lap and 4950m event by 10 lengths.
The win handed trainer Eric Musgrove his third Great Eastern victory - his previous wins including Donrewen in 1982 and Chakra in 2005 - proving his status as one of the country's top jump trainers.
South Australian horse Icy Chances was runner-up while William of Oz finished in third position.
Conzeal, ridden by jockey Steven Pateman, had completed just four runs during this campaign but triumphed with a sterling performance.
Pre-race favourite Cleaview Bay struggled as the pace quickened and finished well back in the field.
