The fact Mark Webber is not celebrating points finishes with great gusto is a testament to his heightened expectations as a result of his incredibly consistent form of late.
The Australian racked up another three-point haul with sixth place at the French Grand Prix to help his Red Bull team cling on to fourth place in the constructors' championship behind title contenders Ferrari, BMW and McLaren.
Webber is in a share of seventh in the race for the drivers' crown, equal on 18 points with Toyota man Jarno Trulli.
Trulli's surprise podium finish dragged him up the standings and Toyota to within a solitary point of Red Bull.
A matter-of-fact Webber said it was pleasing to continue his solid run.
"It's good for the team to get some more points today," Webber said.
"It was a tough week in the build up to this race, in terms of effort from the factory and the boys at the track, and three points is not to be sniffed at."
"Toyota had a strong race today, but we'll have more in the future."
Webber drifted back through the pack at the start of the race but secured sixth place after an intriguing battle with Fernando Alonso.
"My start wasn't great, but my first stint wasn't too bad in terms of pace," Webber said.
"I was trying to keep up with Fernando as I knew he was short (fuelled) and I put in some laps that were right on the edge before the first stop."
"On my out lap I knew I was still under pressure from others who were going a bit longer and jumped the kerbs a bit hard when I was on fresh tyres with heavy fuel."
"I had a big moment, although I managed to save it."
"I then settled in behind Fernando again, but his strategy didn't work out as well, which was good for us."
