WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA & MASTERCARD. On your credit card bill the charges will be displayed as Sportal Shop.


HOW TO SEARCH FOR ITEMS?

The quickest way to find the items is by using our product search facility located at the top of every page. You can always refine your search further by entering a keyword in the search field.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING BASKET?

Once you find what you would like to purchase. Simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and your item will appear in the right hand corner Shopping Cart.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Sportal Shop uses a multitude of delivery services for our customers. Depending on your order, in some cases you may receive individual items separately. Generally your order should arrive within 5 business days.


I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY PAYING WITH MY CARD ONLINE. WHY IS IT BEING REJECTED?

First check that you have entered the correct numbers and that the card is valid. If all these details are correct, check with your bank about why this transaction may be failing.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

There are some items that can be shipped internationally. These items have an ‘International Shipping Available’ tag on the site. Only items with this tag listed can be sent overseas.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please choose your items carefully as exchanges/refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed faulty, not for change of mind or wrong sizes. If you need to return a faulty product you must email us at shop@sportal.com.au and quote your order number and details that were send with your order (Date and all items). We will then send you a reference number and details of how to return your faulty item. All faulty items will need to be inspected by Sportal Shop before a refund or exchange can be processed. All faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
