Star jockey Damien Oliver has won his appeal against a one-month suspension for testing positive to a banned substance.
Oliver pleaded guilty to taking ephedrine, which is banned under Australian Rule of Racing 81A(1)(a), after returning a positive urine sample taken on Derby Day, October 31.
He admitted to taking a herbal supplement, which helps maintain his weight, but was unaware it contained a banned substance.
The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board agreed with him and issued a sever reprimand.
He will now saddle up Sniper's Bullet in the Kingston Town Classic in Perth on Saturday before riding Apache Cat in the Hong Kong Sprint on December 13.
