Romania scrum-half Florin Surugiu proposed to his girlfriend after their Rugby World Cup game with Ireland, and she said yes.
Surugiu came off the bench at Wembley on Sunday as Romania were comfortably beaten 44-10 by Joe Schmidt's side.
Despite the defeat, Surugiu took advantage of the setting after the game by getting down on one knee to ask for his girlfriend's hand in marriage in front of his team-mates.
The proposal was accepted, ensuring the tournament will always be one to remember for this happy couple.
"It's her birthday and being in Wembley was a very good opportunity to make it special," Surugiu said.
"I told a couple of team-mates and they said it was a good idea. [Coach] Lynn [Howells] didn't know."
Asked when the wedding would be, he added: "Next year when I get a break."
